I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again. When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture. This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family. I remember the bed being super plush and comfortable. Easy location and no issues. Did not stay the night as we needed to get to the airport but the room was nice and would stay there again.

Dar Pyramids has a fantastic view of pyramids. Rooms are nice. However the highlight is the staff and how friendly and warm and welcoming they are. They offer favours and will always make sure you are taken care of. The service and attention was better than some high end resorts.

If you are staying in Giza particularly if you are planning to visit the pyramids, this is a great hotel. It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. Saif is the reception staff who welcomes you and assists you with things such as booking taxis etc. You literally are neighbours with the pyramids so meals here as well as being good also provide a fantastic view. Definitely recommend this hotel.
