(154 reviews) When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again. And we had the BEST fun playing table football with another super friendly female staff member (sorry I totally forgot to ask her name). The fact that the staff actually hang out and play games with guests is what made it so special. My partner and I had so much fun. Such a cool, human touch that we’ll never forget. Definitely one of the most memorable stays ever.
