We absolutely loved our stay at Aria Suites! The staff was amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was fantastic, the views were absolutely beautiful, and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location could not be better. You can walk to the heart of Fira and all the restaurants, shops, and action in just a couple of minutes, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful and quiet. It truly gives you the best of both worlds. Our kids loved the pool, and it was very nice to cool off after a hot day. We stayed in carmen suite, and having the two bedrooms was really wonderful. There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Beautiful property, wonderful staff, perfect location, and amazing views. We would absolutely stay at Aria Suites again and highly recommend it!

The property is very nice in terms of location and construction, the common areas are under-utilised, there aren’t enough pool umbrellas and the towels are raggedy, it’s impossible to stay by the pool without cover from the super intense sun. The music is terrible, the volume varies, often times being way too loud. This property is advertised as a non smoking one, however people smoke everywhere and most disappointing is the fact that the staff smokes on site sitting at the floor right in front the path towards the pool. The breakfast is always the same and it’s not aimed at anyone that isn’t an omnivore, zero consideration towards vegans, specially being that we stayed for two weeks while everyone else was there for a couple of days at a time, we mentioned this to the staff repeatedly, their reaction was to simply not serve us the same amount of food and variety the other guests got, not even a plant based milk on site. The (I guess) manager couldn’t care less about what is going on, never left the office and did rounds or asked how things were going, although she was very enthusiastic to recommend vehicles for rental and was disappointed when we returned after one day. Upon arrival the niceyoung man left to deal with anything and everything, which incidentally can’t do much because there is no staff in the property after around 2pm is clearly instructed to deter anyone from using public transportation and go for the vehicle rental option, which is extremely expensive.

The hotel was amazing with their greetings. The room was a nice size for the both of us and we were right near the pool. The food was also amazing and it catching the bus to the little Venice was very convenient.

Hotel isn’t very modern. For guests who stay out of the country, you have to bring your own outlet to charge your things or do your hair (women). Also, the upstairs part of the room (where the bed is) is SUPER HOT! A/c isn’t strong enough. We stayed there 5 days and on night 3, the hot water to shower wasn’t working and everyday we showered, the drain didn’t drain quick enough so I was standing in my own dirty shower water. Had to rinse my feet at the end. Also, free breakfast was mid. The 2 times we had breakfast there, the waiter would forget something that I had ordered and had to remind him again.

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

There is no other place anyone should stay but Kalisti! Close to everything including bus station! Super clean and wonderful breakfast! All the staff are amazing especially the front desk staff! They helped plan what we should do! This place is the best when in Santorini!! Highly recommend
