Clean the hallways, lots of debris scattered. Found multiple hair on pillows and on the box spring. Need cleaning is needed in the room, very dusty around windows and behind the bed.

The furniture was badly in need of replacement. Desk chair in poor shape. Duvet would not stay in the cover. Fridge broken but a replacement set up in room. I did not get the room I had viewed online. I wanted a view and all I had was a roof covered in paving stones.
The breakfast was good as well as the pool.

The hotel was in a convenient location with respect to commuting to Ottawa. However, the beds/pillows were not comfortable. We are on the first floor and the you can hear all the movement on the floor above. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the outdoor and indoor hallway sounds clearly. The sink did not drain properly and the bathroom was quite tight. The mini fridge was also extremely loud. We did not get a restful sleep and one of us had to participate in the 1/2 marathon the next day.
