(1,279 reviews) This please was incredible!!! The food, the staff, the property, the entertainment was all top notch. We never did any of the restaurants because we had kids and didn’t want to wait in line so can say that the buffet has amazing food and soooo many options to choose from. There was always chairs to sit around the pool. The staff who do the entertainment were super fun and engaging. The wait staff especially Christopher were amazing at drinking you drinks either on the beach or around the pool!!! The rooms were made up everyday and stocked the mini fridge. Everyone was so friendly and helpful this was probably the nicest resort we have been to. 5 plus stars!!! (527 reviews) We stayed 2 nights. The people were amazing, always smiling and willing to help, and they recommended the best spots, beaches, and restaurants. The location was ok, not the greatest, far enough from the craziness of the town, but the beach they advertise nearby is not on the property. It is not beautiful either; it is full of sharp rocks and smells bad. The person they have dedicated to the guest was nice but lazy, in our opinion. The hotel itself was spotless, the accommodation was awesome, the dinner was one fo the best of the whole week we stayed in Costa Rica, the pool area was great, but because of their location and the beautiful arbories around you, you can only enjoy the sun for a couple of hours in the morning. Then there is no sun. The room décor was very stylish and minimalist. The shower was big, and there was enough lighting for makeup, etc. AC works like a champ.
