Concierge was great help in organizing tours of Ang Kor Wat etc. and shorter local trips that we went ourselves. Swimming pool was large and never crowded. Front desk always friendly. Great internet. Short distances to 7-11 and to markets. We are 150 km from the Thai border war and never felt unsafe. It did affect the number of tourists so everywhere is not crowded even in December (peak season). Paid for Club access and had free breakfast, drinks and evening meal (at Club Millesime) - good value for money. Breakfast buffet had so much choices and never had to wait long for tables. Staff so efficient and always friendly. Special thanks to the staff at Club Millesime - always wonderful every evening.
