A hotel in a brilliant location. Close to all the attractions. Well air conditioned. Nice breakfast.
Two points to be improved on
1. customer service, it may have been a language barrier but the staff on reception were not the friendliest and didn't deal well with a couple of requests.
2. the bathroom had been newly fitted by the looks of it, which was good, but there were a couple of snagging issues that needed to be addressed (see issues not dealt with above).

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!
