A very pleaseant experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was in a great location.

Our stay here was lovely. Would stay again. It’s in a great location close to a lot of things to see. Staff was friendly. We loved that there was a full bathroom and plenty of space in room. Breakfast was buffet style and had plenty to choose from and not bad taste wise only thing was the eggs were disgusting idk what they do to their eggs but the smell and taste was awful. They do charge you for it as well 12 euros per person. Only other thing to mention was in the room the carpet was pretty gross it looks like it needs replaced. Other than that everything else was great!

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff, especially in the restaurant, were very attentive. Breakfast was delicious each morning and set us up well for the day. Lunch on our first day was also very tasty. The roof top bar was nice. Complimentary biscuits on arrival and cake in our last night was a lovely touch. The only downside was the spa. While cute, the three rooms were not worth 90 euros for an hour and a half. You would only really need an hour tops in there due to the size of the space. I also did not like the fact there was no room to change, we should have been given robes and allowed to change in our room. The steam room had steam, but no heat and after walking up the steps in the jacuzzi and the railings falling apart we came out of the spa after ten minutes. I think if this was an added extra for the hotel and use of it included in the price to stay, it would be much more reasonable. It was a shame as everything else about the hotel we loved. Comfy bed, hot shower etc. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay at the Palazzo Dama for my husband’s 40th. We had a junior suite which was a good size, very comfortable and immaculate. Great location and friendly, professional staff. Lovely to stay in a boutique hotel with such unique features. Felt very luxe!

This hotel is far from being a 5 star. Is the most tacky place I ever been. The food of their restaurant is terrible, the rooms are outdated

The staff make this property special. They truly treat you like family!! This place is the best!! My new favorite spot lace in Rome!!

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

Wonderful bijou oasis! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made for a memorable and relaxing stay.
