(99 reviews) Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen loud videos on their phones without headphones, and this impacted mood but to be fair that is not the resort’s responsibility. The upgrade did significantly improve our overall experience, really worth it.
