All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. The sea is slightly cool (it was early April) when you enter but very nice afterwards. The weather was between 76 -82 around the clock! Some areas of the building are showing their ages. But still well maintained. The food was plenty and very tasty. Attention to details was very noticeable. Unfortunately she complained about her stay and quality of the food even she complained to front desk who couldn’t help or at least offer to upgrade her room as kind of compensation . It is basic customer service.
