It’s a great place to stay so close to night life, restaurants, convenience stores, the personnel so helpful and nice, the cleaning lady did little animals with the towels that was cute. I would come back anytime. I love the room, it had a kitchen with microwave, utensils, water, toaster, refrigerator, coffee. 10 out of 10

Beautiful resort. Well laid out & very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Amazing beach. Great food & its excellent that you can also take advantage of their sister resort, Maya, for extra dining options as well. The rooms & belconies need more hooks to hang towels & things on. Would be nice to have beer added to the fridge daily when the room is cleaned. The cafe should open before 9am. The beach toys office (kayaks, etc.) should open earlier as well.

Even though in during checkout, there was a powder shortage, causing the whole building to be very hot and moist , but it was fixed the same day. I like how you have access to all three of the hotels and you’re able to get transportation. You practically have to stay a week in a little bit more to explore the whole entire hotels which I liked. I wish I could’ve seen more.

You need to get a handle on the transportation the shuttle would come and would not pick us up because they kept saying they were going to TRS Luciano one of the drivers . Also housekeeping didn’t change our sheets the whole week. The woman I forgot her name that worked. The pool was amazing. You should have more associates like her amazing so amazing. She will bring our drinks. She did everything for us. She was so helpful just wonderful. I just forgot her name also the entertainment was not that great. You should have probably karaoke every night and have some authentic Mexican shows

We’ve been coming here for years! The place is amazing but even more impressive are the Staff Members that have been there for years their attention to detail is incredible.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We will return soon! Thank you to the wonderful staff; they were very friendly.

The staff was fantastic. Marco was our go to guy in the pool closest to our room in the quieter pool. He was attentive and always working so hard.

We came here for our 25th anniversary trip because of the jungle, wildlife and onsite activities. It did not disappoint!
