This resort was absolutely amazing. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was beyond what I expected and it was cleaned 2x a day. I really enjoyed all the food.
The best was the staff. I traveled solo and was beyond impressed with how attentive they were and how much they wanted me to have a great time. Not only were they extremely service oriented, they were genuinely kind. I will absolutely be back!

"The vista on property was beautiful but the room we booked was suppose to overlook the lake and volcano but we got placed in a room that mainly overlooked the parking lot for the sky adventure park with some views of the lake visible. There were horse flies everywhere and tons of dead flies all over ..."

"We really loved the location and staff at this hotel - the view is BEAUTIFUL over-looking the lake and was the highlight of the hotel and they've created cute decks in front of each room which are nice to relax on.
