Overall, I recommend to stay in the hotel. You need to walk about 4 minutes to reach the private sea shore. When you go to take the breakfast at the last one or 2 hours, it is difficult to find an empty table. I hope to improve the time each Traveller takes to check in.

There were ants in the room, shower use to start late (after 5 mins) once turn on the knob, and serious issue with the AC. Maintenance staff use to take around 20 - 30 mins to arrive for support.
If you are vegan and vegetarian not enough choice + problem with smell of non-vegetarian food.

A gorgeous modern hotel in Deira. I was very happy with my stay and I got a great deal.
Junaid at the front desk was extremely welcoming and went the extra mile for me, I really appreciate his kindness.
Moderate selection and the breakfast buffet.
The only downside is that my room smelled of cigarettes and it was a non-smoking room.
Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
