The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The room and bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed at in a hotel and I’ve traveled all over the world. The breakfast and staff were fantastic and met our every need. The location couldn’t have been better, a quick 8 min walk to the harbor and many restaurants. Chania is a wonderful city and for my first time going to Crete, was overjoyed with my stay at Chania hotel .. big THANK YOU to the entire staff that made my stay wonderful!!

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very nice, great location, room was big and spacious.
Breakfast was very nice, food quality and variety were great.
I just did not like the pool and it does not look at all like the one in the photo!
I really think this photo should be removed.
I will go again, it was very nice stay.
