A gorgeous property! My go-to in seattle

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. City view was great. The room was not in best conditions (tears and cracks viewable). Some odd small stains on walls and door. But the overall service and cleanliness were good.

Good central location to nearby attractions. Older hotel with basic necessities. Staff courteous and attentive. Bathroom a little cramped. Small fridge a plus, but no microwave. Outside street noise noticeable, even from higher floors.

This has been THE most pleasant stay experience! The location is beautiful, and the environment at both inside and out super comfy and inviting. We were welcomed by Randal who was able to check us in super early and tell us about amazing amenities available - from restaurants on site to free champagne any time we stopped by the front desk and the late night pantry closet with snacks! Oh and also the fire pits all day at the lake with the view of the marina and the mountains! We had breakfast at Carillon Kitchen which was absolutely delicious and we could conveniently charge it to the room. We also had dinner at El Encanto which was also delightful! And right in front of the hotel was a floating sauna which we booked and enjoyed along with a polar plunge in lake Washington. Oh and we also took advantage of the hotel’s free bike rental and went up to Rails to Trails - very beautiful and fun ride and the bikes were quality (helmets and locks were included!). Really, really recommend this place!!!
