The entire property was beautiful, inside and out. The best part was the staff. From the front desk to the pro shop crew, to wait staff to the hospitality cleaning staff. Every request was fulfilled without hesitation.

Room was dirty!! truly disappointed in the room and the cleanliness.
Ping-pong table only had two balls and four paddles and two of them were broke.
Some of the bags for the beanbag game were missing.
Staff was friendly! Very nice! That was huge for me!! The food by pool service was awesome. The waterslides were the best. A little overcrowded for my taste during the day with all the public that were welcome. Could see a huge difference at night swim. Way less crowded thankfully!!
The food was not good from
The breakfast room service. The restaurants we tried towards the golf course attached to the hotel, the food was horrible. I really wanted to bring my older son back with my little guy and my husband to enjoy the waterslides and the lazy river however, hesitant to book a room again because of the cleanliness.
