It was an excellent place to enjoy the July's 4 fireworks

Just WOW. From check-in with a complimentary wine tasting, free waters, complimentary umbrellas, valet parking, bell hop and turn down service, to fresh baked cookies on the night stand, our stay was 10/10. The lush garden entrance and the coconut cake next door were all to sheer heaven! Thank you for a wonderful getaway weekend!

Pros: The hotel is immaculately clean and exudes a pleasant aroma throughout. The housekeeping staff is exceptional, arriving daily to make the beds and replace used towels. The bathroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a spacious soaking tub and elegant marble flooring. The air conditioning in our room was efficient and comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Cons: During check-in, the host failed to explain the significance of the wooden coin included in the key card envelope. Initially, I misinterpreted it as indicating two alcoholic drinks, but it actually applies to any bottled beverage (such as Gatorade or Coke) or candy purchased from the Marina Store. Consequently, we missed out on redeeming those items until a fellow guest kindly informed us about the correct usage. Additionally, breakfast at the Fish House is quite expensive for the quality of food offered. It operates on a buffet-style basis and costs $25 per person. While convenient, I believe it’s not worth the price in my opinion. As an alternative, the Bodega, located a short drive away, provides a more affordable and superior dining experience.

The sink was easily clogged, and it took two days to fix the running toilet (I ended up doing it). The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the cockroach was a sign of an issue that needs to be addressed. Positives: Staff were very friendly, the location was very convenient, and the valet service was very efficient. I loved the people, but wish I didn’t make any multi-legged new acquaintances.
