On the upside the Hotel is centrally located and the chap at front of house was exceptional. Room was ok too. On the downside, the bathroom had mold around the showertray, the TV did not work and the stairs and landing were very grubby. Breakfast was very poor in quality and quantity running out of bread within the first 5 minutes (only two families!). Glasses were dirty too. So, this hotel is listed as a 4* but in reality is an average 3*.

The location of this hotel is the best

The staff were very helpful with an early check in and due to over sleeping a late check out. Close to old town and parks. I thought the rooms were a little small.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It is five star all the way. Service impeccable. Guest relations manager Giovanna was superb as was the entire staff. I don't think that my husband and I have ever been to any hotel anywhere in the world that is run so perfectly as this gem in the Swiss Alps ! We hope to be back again !

The property is very nice but this definitely does not have the amenities and services of a five-star hotel. First of all it is a private residence. There is no concierge, no front desk, no spa, no gym, I know other rooms beside the rooms you stay in. The rooms are very nice but are missing some basic things especially since they rank themselves that's why I start. There was no lotion, no conditioner, and that toiletries were not luxury. Just average. They included breakfast it's just a basket of bread and jam they didn't leave at the door with some yogurt and butter. The residence does not have its own parking. You have to use private parking but at least it's close to the residence. The manager of the restaurants downstairs is the part-time property manager and he is friendly and nice but he's not there when the restaurant is closed. If you need something then call the number on the reservation you will get someone who will have to ask somebody else and get back to you for anything you need. This is more like a VRBO. The steam feature and the shower is nice but does not qualify this as a spa property. Location is great and overall we have a good stay but the descriptions of the property need to be updated so that expectations are realistic.

The location of this hotel is the best

This apartment/hotel is as SUCH. Great find! We are a family of 5 - 2 adults 3 teenagers. Plenty of room! My son had a large bed in the living room (pull out sofa) then my girls had a large bed with en-suite bathroom. His ad and I had large bed with en-suite bathroom. But another bathroom in the hallway. They kept the fridge stocked with waters and apple juice and soda. Apartment also had a full kitchen- we bought breakfast food at the Coop down the street. Convenient location! Best part is they offer free laundry. We have them 2 big baskets of dirty laundry from our trip to Paris and it was returned at 3pm washed and dried and folded! Allowed us to bring half of what we would have needed to bring. Also had a private parking spot for an extra 35 chf per day. The staff is SO nice. 5 stars!

The photos of this hotel do not do it justice. It is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Wonderful bed linens, extremely comfortable rooms and a great breakfast if you opt to have it in the hotel. The best Fondue restaurant in Geneva is also in the hotel.
