I understand Apex have just recently taken this property over. Extremely disappointed to be honest. The soundproofing throughout is terrible, didn’t get much sleep due to an ongoing wedding taking place, I used to love coming here when Hilton had it, can’t see me returning, rooms feel dated and in need of work, I was in room 235, windows rotten and due to the interconnected rooms, I could hear every conversation from the room next door, from the outside hotel looks lovely but that’s where it ends unfortunately.

Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth.
Perth was within easy walking distance.
The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram.
Great breakfast.

New parking charge of £10 per day. Ants in bedroom, pool locker jammed and had to wait 25 mins to get clothes etc and asked for a towel to be told to use the hairdryer to warm myself. No plug in wash hand basin. Feel that hotel has been let to run down lately. Food expensive !!!

Excellent customer service but the room, especially the bathroom, is getting obsolete and requires refurbishment. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, but the food quality doesn’t justify with the expensive menu.

The only thing that was wrong was the coffee machine in the room. There were only 4 pods and two of them didn’t work. The staff, accommodation and amenities were on the ball. The location is also lovely right on the banks of the Tay.
