Stayed for 2 nights in March, Adult family of 5 with 3 rooms.
Checkin was super easy and the staff were really efficient, cheerful and very helpful.
Hotel was spotless - best pillows of our stay :) The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and bars and felt super safe.
Breakfast was a great bonus, it was tasty and there was something for everyone.
Spa was fantastic, just be aware of the upsales, but treatments were great!
Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thanks for a fab stay!

Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count.
They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome.
Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them.
The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization.

One word would do it... 'WOW'. Top 3 of the perfect places I've visited. Tranquil, elegant and the most marvelous staff available. The safari guides are knowledgeable, fun and work together to allow all guest to experience viewing the game animals once discovered on the range. Totally recommended.

What an amazing experience. The lodge is beautiful-including great upgrades such as an infinity pool and wellness spa all nestled in a picture perfect bushveld setting.
Every single member of staff were incredible. They were so friendly and helpful, always wanting to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We thank them for all that they did for us.
And special thanks to Dolfi our guide who took us around the reserve on our game drives. His energy and passion made every second special. Not only did we see such amazing animals, but Dolfi also took time to share in the conservation efforts and the spectacular plants and wildlife. His knowledge is fascinating and compassion for his guests and ensuring their enjoyment was refreshing.
