Check in great - really lovely idea of giving a welcome cookie. Upgrade was also well appreciated and the bed was very comfortable.
Hotel Parking for 18£ not so intuitive - Cambridge St. parking only 8£ much better and just opposite.
Breakfast buffet and pool were insanely overcrowded and did not use either.
Room was lacked bathrobe and slippers but had tea, good TV, ample space, chairs, tables, all of which were convenient. Overall the facilities could use slight modifications or more modern touches to improve the experience but it was well-kept. Staff did a good job also!
