Mexico and Central America Eco-friendly Holidays

We found the room to be clean; however, the furniture was heavily stained and in need of updating. There was no hot tub on the property, which was disappointing. The tennis and pickleball courts were the worst I’ve ever played on. The surface was a mix of sand and grass, which prevented the pickleball from bouncing properly and made it unsafe to run on. They need to convert at least one of the courts to a real Pickleball court, and resurface the tennis court. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did not receive enough information about the activities available—especially adult evening activities—which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, due to the way restaurant reservations are set up, it is very unlikely that you’ll be able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants on your first night. Instead, you are directed to the buffet, which is only appealing for one visit at most - and that should be breakfast

Fantastic holiday!! Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly friendly during our stay. We loved the two room suite configuration - this gave our family of five plenty of space to relax and 3 bathrooms!! The balcony overlooking the pool was a treat - we enjoyed winding down the day there. Unfortunately, the suite was quite rundown - repairs beyond another coat of paint are needed. Lots of peeling silicone along the edges of the shower, rust everywhere and too many stained surfaces to count. The room was well cleaned but not well maintained. Other areas of the resort were in much better condition. The food around the infinity pool/beach was terrific. It was nice to have a few different grab and go options. We highly recommend the pizza. We felt that renting a Bali Bed for a few days offered real convenience when spending time at the infinity pool and the beach. Kendy was a phenomenal server, keeping our drinks fresh throughout the day. The crown jewel of our trip was our last supper at Mestizo - the food was incredible and the service was outstanding - ask for Pablo!

Top personal service, top facilities, top amenities. 10 out of 10! The Best hotel in Mexico!

The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax.

Rooms were very nice with beautiful balcony. Lots of wildlife. The entertainment team was great. Pools were great too, quiet pool for relaxing and party pool for entertainment. Viridiana from the entertainment team was just the best. She made the trip so much more fun and special. Big shout out to her. Also Edith our server in the lobby and courtyard was wonderful as well! We really felt special. Highly recommend this resort
