The property was clean and cozy and easy access to transportation

The room was large and spacious. But the furniture was old. The sink in the bathroom was leaking underneath. Breakfast buffet also quite poor quality.

Nice units. House keeping was spotty. A bit of a walk.

Cleaned rooms and facilities. Small and not a whole lot of activity options. A bit far from everything, but if you’re looking to relax it’s the right place.

Fantastic hotel. Located in centrally to shopping and transportation. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. So much variety and cuisines. Looking forward to our next visit to KL

all looks great. Adding some more traditional Asian / Indian and Pakistani food to menu will be great.

My friend and I had a great stay here. Even though we weren't able to make it to check-in before 10 pm, the staff was able to find us and check us in. Make sure to be in contact with the host about your check-in time.

This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping , the room attendants didn’t clean the rooms properly. The laundry service is also very expensive. I paid 426 MYR for abit of laundry. I used the laundry 24 hour service across the road from the hotel and it was only 60 MYR
