The room was terrible, air conditioning did not work, it was set up at 25degree C, it leak water all night. We were offered to change rooms, but the other room has no AC at all. Sheets were stain with blood and hair. Wifi did not work. The shower door was broken and the bathroom floor was flooded with water after we shower. Shower fixture was broken. We told front desk about this problem, they gave us a bucket and told us to clean it ourself. We have to ask for more towels to put in the floor to keep it dry. It is an old, dark, not updated hotel.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
