Our air conditioning at room does not work properly and they told us it's normal and to just close the window so the heat will not go on

Beautiful, comfortable large room with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Great view of the Lake. Excellent breakfast included (who needs lunch!)

I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for two nights, and the overall experience was excellent. Location & Value: The hotel is right next to the subway station, making commuting effortless. For a reputable brand like Shilla, the price point offers incredible value for money. Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely top-notch. The selection and food quality were so impressive that I didn't even need to eat lunch after having breakfast here. Exceptional Staff: All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Annie, who truly made my stay memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever we crossed paths. The room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips!
