"My flight got cancelled unexpectedly in Incheon. Although the day was frustrating and chaotic, this hotel has changed everything for me and my three year old toddler. Clean, friendliest hotel staff we have ever met. Great airport shuttle, hospitality, facility. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to travelers! We also enjoyed their pool during our stay which was extremely clean and well maintained."

My only complaint, however, was that I was very hot sleeping as the A/C did not function correctly and would not cool the room. Other than that the staff were helpful and welcoming."
