We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are outstanding, the rooms are high quality and high-tech, and the breakfast buffet is truly exceptional. The conference center, a large supermarket and three beautiful parks are all within walking distance, making the location especially convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. At check-in, one of the staff members even arranged a complimentary late checkout for us on our departure day because it was my husband’s birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture! We would happily stay here again.

The buffet is the best across many other 5 start hotel I have booked across Seoul/Tokyo/Kyoto. We tried both breakfast and dinner, both delicious and have really taste soup. The room with laundry machine is the best. The location is surrounded by multiple parks. Lots of airplane crew member also select this hotel due to it's close to Incheon airport.

I would say one of the best hotels in in Chan,. Next to a nice park that is both modern and clean. The whole area around the hotel is very safe and has aesthetic appearing buildings. There’s a Lotte Mart that is next-door. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend.

Not the easiest location to get to, however it was good for us night before flying home. Luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Close to eateries, there is a very good all beef Korean BBQ nearby and Lotte Mart is next door which served us well for last minute shopping. Taxi to airport took half hour. Better than an airport hotel as more to do nearby.

2/10 Terrible

I had high expectations for this hotel because of its high price and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. The service was disappointing, and several aspects of my stay were inconvenient and not handled as I would expect from a hotel in this price range. For the amount paid, I expected a much higher level of service, attention to detail, and overall guest experience. While the hotel has some positive aspects, the value for the price was not satisfactory. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of service.
