The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! (219 reviews) Nice hotel with a very good pool. My main issue is the lack of decent air conditioning. This was manageable in the rooms as they also had large fans but completely inadequate in the fitness room. This was a glass room facing the sun for most of the day and the air conditioner barely put out any cold air leaving it a dangerous temperature to workout.
