My favorite hotel i have ever stayed in. Best service & best staff. Concierge got us into a restaurant in the Bund that was otherwise booked up. Hard to imagine a better location.

Avoid this hotel being in Shanghai. Almost nobody speak English, but this is not the biggest issue. Air Condition is not working properly during the summer and I think it is not working properly at all. There is an awful smell in the room due to that. I was in an Executive room, so I can imagine other rooms…
