The Plains Cheap Holidays

The room was small - but adequate for my needs. If any problem arose there was a quick response by the staff - for instance initially I had trouble accessing the WiFi Internet connection, and once I had a light drop out. I very much appreciated the friendly response of the staff, and the breakfast service was excellent.

A great hotel for a Airport Stopover or Business Meeting. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff are super friendly. They even packed a takeaway breakfast because i had a early morning train to catch.

Good clean hotel at a great location. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, the rooms are old and those which face the interior of the hotel, get zero natural light. Tub was slippery, had no anti slip mat/coating- if you are old, you may want to avoid a room with a bathtub here. They also refuse to let Uber eats/doordash/ outside food in. That’s a bummer. All things considered, it’s a good hotel but the stay can be a lot more pleasant if they fix a few things.

Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work.

A lovely welcome surprise awaited us when we checked in. After a long travel day all the treats were very appreciated . Staff could not be nicer.

“Embassy Suites” like courtyard all the rooms open to, well-equipped gym and pool- and a short 10-15 min ride to the Intl airport. Complimentary shuttle from the airport not available though.

Great location. Right across the street from Hutatma chowk metro station. Rooms are in great condition. Looks like its been recently renovated. Staff is very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom door is sturdy and takes some effort to open. May be a bit difficult for elderly. Water wasn't hot, but given the climate that was not an issue. AC was effective and all controls worked. Restaurant on premisis although I didn't eat there. Many famous joints around with a wide variety of cuisines.The hotel offers a small single room at very reasonable prices which is perfect for single travellers.
