Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. The best selection of breakfast buffet and special mention to the kitchen staff and chefs - they made excellent made to order omelets and the best coffees! Will visit again! Highly recommended! The property is in a good location. The view from the room was probably the best thing about the property. The room was very nice and spacious. Only draw back is there is no coffee maker or any hot drink amenity in the room. The accommodation came with breakfast but as a solo traveler and a packed itinerary I never had time to try any of the breakfast as I was out before breakfast time which ran from 7-10am. This is why I requested a hot kettle for my room so I could make my own coffee but the staff did not accommodate saying that they were out of kettles as they already provided other rooms with them. So a little disappointing. Also there was a leak in the shower so everyday I had to clean the bathroom floor as it would get flooded with water. I pointed this out to the staff and even showed a video of the the issue. He only apologized and did nothing else.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of Lake Garda. Spa facilities and treatments are excellent. Breakfast service and choice is one of the best I’ve experienced.

We arrived after 8pm (train wasn’t running, so we had to take multiple buses) & front desk was closed. We called & they had upgraded us to a sister location as our room’s lock had broken; it was ~1 block away. We had a difficult time finding the entrance, but once we did, it was easy. Nice & spacious, great AC, our daughter’s bed ready to go! We were able to do the check in via what’s ap & left the city tax in the room so we didn’t even need to go back to the main hotel. Easy walk to restaurants (one even below our room) & lakeside! Would recommend!
