Great hotel with excellent vibe and handy to Belfast. Good bed and good eating places nearby

Room was clean, had an excellent bed and a terrific bathroom. Hotel was nice and quiet, no hearing other rooms TVs or chat. Complimentary chocolate and gin was also a nice touch. Central location means you are only a short walk from the Harbour, Train Station and the beach. Only negative of the room was the heating/air conditioning. Heating was a radiator which was very warm but with no air conditioning we struggled to cool the room down even with the window open and we visited end of February so i can imagine it being unpleasant in the summer with no air conditioning. But other than that, a perfect hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing! Our stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The hotel is spotless, beautifully restored, and full of incredible history. The food was outstanding, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome. The guided heritage tour was exceptional. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about the history, and brought the story of the Titanic and Harland & Wolff to life. It was fascinating from beginning to end. If you’re visiting Belfast, you absolutely need to stay here. And if you’re a true Titanic fan, don’t miss the Titanic Belfast museum next door. Together, the hotel and museum create a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you will never forget. I can’t recommend the Titanic Hotel Belfast highly enough. Five stars all the way!

Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible. Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay incredible. Thank you to all staff and I hope people appreciate all the effort that is put in to make it as memorable a stay as possible. Until next time!

Apartment size was ok however felt a little tired. Location was good - very close to the titanic experience and about a 15 min walk to the city centre where hop on hop off buses start their routes.

I cannot fault anything about Wilton House! Spotlessly clean, well fitted with premium equipment and even left us tea, coffee and sugar. A large smart TV, new washer dryer, fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker and kettle as well as quality crockery and cutlery meant that every need is catered to. High speed WiFi is easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again when we come back some time.

Stayed two nights at the Fitzwilliam Hotel last week and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. A huge shout out to the concierge desk consisting of Gerard, Paul, and Gavin; all of whom went out of the way to make our first visit to Belfast comfortable and memorable. Although most of the city restaurants and bars were closed during the late afternoon due to the recent protests/demonstrations, the concierge staff made several recommendations for places that they knew would remain open, where the food was good, and where we would feel safe: the Morning Star, Kelly's Cellars, and the Mourne Seafood Bar next door to Kelly's Cellars. Lastly, knowing that my wife and I wanted to book a two-hour Black Taxi tour, the concierge desk recommended Paul, who everyone refers to as "Starsky" at a cost of 80 pounds. Instead, of a two-hour tour, though, for the next 3 1/2 hours, Paul drove us along Falls Road and Shankill Road where we learned all about the challenging moments and troubles in Belfast, while seeing the city's murals and peace walls, and hearing the various versions of Ireland's history, at no additional charge. In addition to the Titanic Museum, a Black Taxi tour with Starsky is a "must".
