This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby was beautiful and had plenty of spaces to sit and relax in the quiet atmosphere. Even though the parking was an extra charge, it made all the difference knowing I could park my vehicle safely and securely. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had a family of four people staying in the room and it kept us very happy. Everyone had their own personal space if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel property. Had an excellent experience checking in with the receptionist on 23 April 2026 at approximately 1800.

"Came to the hotel staff wasn’t helpful its was late left me and my children waiting at desk for 2 hours to check in. We was told we was going to be on the lower ground for the children and we was on the top floor. There was also rats outside the hotel. My children were crying. Absolutely disgraceful. ..."
