The cleanliness the staff are all incredible, so helpful they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. the room is clean and spacious; breakfast is delicious and very convenient the best place to stay.

The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for the price-a great deal! The restaurant and restaurant servers were great!

The hotel also offers a free airport transfer, which was very convenient and made my trip much easier. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Guangzhou next time.

Check-in was remarkably fast despite the busy period. The front desk team provided outstanding service—always helpful and welcoming after long days at the exhibition. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and quiet. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fair complex. Great bonus having a pool table to unwind and network with other exhibitors in the evenings. Perfect for business travelers. Will definitely book again next year!

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff made me feel truly cared for and celebrated from beginning to end. Jane took exceptional care of me while I was sick with a cold. She made me a special Chinese drink to soothe my throat and cough, coordinated my birthday cake, and constantly checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Kevin and Jerry were amazing helping my husband arrange golf, ship purchases, and even recover and ship his lost cellphone after it was left in a DiDi (Chinese Uber) while we rushed to catch the Bullet Train to Shanghai. David was wonderful to talk with about Chinese culture and food and always made sure we were taken care of. Forest, Suki, Ruby, Cindy, Louis, Lance, Stephen, and Enzo were all consistently kind, pleasant, and helpful. Bob prepared delicious noodle soup and fresh eggs every morning, and Simon, the head chef, clearly takes pride in delivering an incredible breakfast buffet experience. Coco coordinated a surprise birthday celebration for me, and Sami created the most beautiful and creative cakes, including a golf-themed cake and a gorgeous fruit cake. I was overwhelmed by the kindness, birthday gifts, and hospitality. This hotel is truly special. I absolutely love the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu and cannot wait to return.

Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Hands down a true 5 star hotel, fantastic restaurants and amenities!
