Excellent position, good kitchenette facilities , staff service is by internet of phone but return calls were always handled ptomptly.

Everyone at hotel was very helpful. We loved our room.

Property looked great and was v clean and good location. Room good size. Was not offered the free drink promised. Notice saying you would be charged if you used kitchen so could not make tea or coffee. No tea or coffee in common areas as stated in description. Said there was a cafe. Something in courtyard but no menu or anyone visible to order from. Bit soulless. Was disappointed

The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was incredible- with a wide variety of buffet options including meats, cheeses, pastries, crepes (and toppings), and hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. It was the best breakfast we had throughout any stay in Italy so far.

Beautiful in every aspect

The front desk staff was excellent and very help full. The room had an awesome view, clean, modern and spacious. A first class experience. Breakfast was great and Th ed food was fresh with lots of variety. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
