We had a spacious two king beds in a clean,
modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne.

The hotel receptionists Rea and Yara were very helpful. The check in and checkout was a breeze. We were given a reusable glass water bottles to use and keep which is nice. You can refill it with still or sparkling water at the reception area.
The hotel location is 5 mins walk to the train station and around 15 mins walk to old town. The room we had was a bit tight, but we made it work. The closet could use a little dusting though.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff was great with the breakfast service & when asked for local suggestions.
Room & hotel is great, the view of the mountains is amazing with only a 7min walk to the train station. Overall very satisfying.

The location is outstanding! Old town Lucerme is gorgeous and you're in the heart of it with many sites and restaurants ose by....many close early! Our room was on the 5th floor all by itself with a stellar patio we enjoyed.
