Such a beautiful and quietly elegant hotel. Staff was kind and informative and the room was just the best. Comfortable- stylish with just enough furniture and decorative touches to make it interesting and homey.

There were 16 of us in our group. I was unhappy with the hotel reception staff; the receptionist who attended to us wasn't very polite and didn't smile once while we were waiting to check in. After a long journey, we arrived hoping for a relaxing stay, yet we didn't receive the kind of welcome my friend had described. It will likely be a long time before we return.
