Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

The worker at the store market place was so rude. No one around waiting in line to pay and she was so impatient as we were trying to figure out using all our Japanese coins and suica card with buying things in the store separately. Unbelievably rude! Sealed the deal that we won’t be coming back here

This is a hotel located at the center of Tokyo and accessible to any major place. The staff are friendly and excellent. I have stayed here for solo and also for family trip. I will be back here again.
