I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location was okay and convenient enough for my needs, the condition of the room itself was highly disappointing. The room was very dark, dirty, and had a noticeable, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. It felt poorly maintained and uninviting. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the price, and I would not recommend staying here until deep cleaning and proper maintenance are addressed.

Room still had trash from a previous guest Paid for balcony expecting a view, the view I got was of the restaurant bins with the added bonus of getting woken up by the sound of a bag full of glass bottles getting thrown away. Bathroom was fine Bed was comfortable

Lovely property but paid for a delux room & the room is very basic with a tiny tv that didn’t work, I did contact reception to pay for an upgrade but the hotel was unfortunately completely sold out. (Absolutely not their fault) Not a bad stay but don’t think it’s going to be luxury unless you’re paying for a suite because the delux rooms are very basic. Breakfast is good though, very good spread, lots to choose from. Just to mention, it was very clean & the staff throughout were brilliant & I have 0 complaints about them!

Staff was helpful and professional, manager helped recommended additional places to see and made the reservations as well. Restaurant staff was very professional, always coming back to your table asking if everything was good and needed anything else. We will be coming back for visits here

The location on the river was fantastic and I was lucky to have a room that looked out onto the water with spectacular views. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance from all the main sites and with many cafés and restaurant options nearby.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the property is fabulous. Right by the water, with a wonderful view, and a short walk from the old town and many good restaurants. The only slight drawback to this type of location is that it's not the most quiet. We were unable to sleep with our window open because of the late nightlife. We found it a small price to pay for the rest of the conveniences. Would stay there again.
