The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

I had the most wonderful first trip to Vienna with my sister, and this hotel made our experience even more special! Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always ready to help. The location is super convenient, with trains and public transportation just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely come back!

This property was exquisite! Beautifully decorated, well appointed, attentive staff to all requests.....the location was perfect and walkable to many restaurants, shops, and sights. Our window looked right upon St. Peter's church where I could have coffee in the window seat and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by below. We arrived to our suite (lavish and decadently decorated) to a surprise bottle of champagne, macaroons, and treats for our stay. We LOVED our stay.

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased.
Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything. Train/bus station right across the street. Was disappointed in the amenities, no shampoo or no conditioner. Only provided 2 coffee pods for a three night stay, no option to replenish pods. It was very noisy at this location, could hear all the traffic and people at night so no good sleeps here.
