I booked a room according to the website, but I got a narrow room with skylights and a sloping ceiling.

The property was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. I have been to Vienna many times before and for some reason I thought it was closer to the.Kartner walking Street. It was on a walking street, but not one of the nicer ones.

Good location and good sized suites. Staff not very friendly and room service needs to improve. Room service staff left their soiled wipe cloth in the toilet one day and towels were smelly.

Lovely hotel. Really excellent location and great bar.

Hotel was very conveniently located near a metro stop. Room was lovely with a nice big bed. We were very grateful for the external shades to help control the room's temperature rather than having to rely on air conditioning all the time.

This hotel is the closest thing to perfect. The rooms are outstanding — huge, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the location is good. I would love to stay there again.
