The hotel stay was a disappointing experience, falling short of the expected standards of a 5-star establishment. Upon arrival, the room had a strong musty smell, despite the presence of a dehumidifier. The bed, while equipped with a comfortable mattress, was unstable, with every movement of one person disturbing the other. A particularly frustrating aspect was the delivery service: unlike the norm in China with robot deliveries, the hotel required guests to collect their orders at the entrance, as delivery drivers were not allowed in the lobby. Finally, the room service was deemed sloppy, with only two towels provided for four people (two adults and two children), a level of service considered inferior to that of a 2-star hotel.

Staffs were really helpful and responsive! Room very spacious and well maintained. The only thing were the hotel power plugs were hard to plug in.
