"직원들이 매우 친절하였습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고, 시설을 이용하기 매우 편리하였습니다. 클럽룸 이용 시 목마를 때나 간단한 요기가 필요할 때 이용하기 좋았고, 로비에 에스프레소 머신이 있어서 택시 기다릴 때 한잔씩 하기 좋았습니다. 고객 편의성이 매우 좋습니다."
