I stood in line for over an hour. Half of that time there were two attendants not helping anyone. No one informed me of the cap in the pool and that attendant ran over and yelled at me. It’s also not one your welcome paper.

I signed up and prepaid for the breakfast buffet for the length of my stay. However I didn’t like the food because the hot food was terrible so I only had breakfast for 2 days out of the 4 days that I paid for. So I spoke with the staff member at the registration desk to see if I can get a refund for the 2 days that I didn’t have breakfast and was denied a refund. I don’t suggest prepayment.

Location is great. Easy to go out and have nice restaurants and bars around. Safe neighborhood. The lobby needs a renovation, but the room was clean and look line recently renovated. They gave us a room on floor 1, the view was awful. Bad rooftops all around, not a lot of light. If you can, request a higher floor.

Good place to stay in Porto
"The breakfast is simple but very good (bread, cake, croissant, ham, cheese, orange juice, coffee, milk). Staff is very friendly. My room was on the highest floor and in the first day the wifi was not working at all there, the signal was very weak. But the next day it was working."
