Staff is very friendly. My room was on the highest floor and in the first day the wifi was not working at all there, the signal was very weak. The old staff is so rude. She can't speak english. If you don't speak in portuguese, she will frown at you just like she did to me. Whenever I tried to solve a problem, she just ignored me.
