Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio is a wonderfully well-looked-after 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. The location is super convenient—just a 15-minute walk from the train station, close to a water bus stop, and complete with its own private water taxi dock. We stayed in a two-floor, two-double-bed room overlooking the canal, which was spacious, modern, clean, and kept wonderfully cool by the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast was very enjoyable each morning, and the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough—it truly helped make our Venice stay so special!

We arrived in Venice straight from the blue Aliguna Line which dropped us off less than 20 steps from the hotel front doors on a very hot day. We walked into the hotel lobby and our breath was taken away with the beauty and serenity of this tranquil spacious room that used to hold mass and now has an amazing chandelier and lush furniture with a very clean aesthetic. We were offered a cool drink to welcome us as we checked in. This was only a prelude of what the rest of our stay was like with our beautiful room with vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams and windows opening into a courtyard garden of greenery helping to create our very own air conditioned sanctuary within the busy and highly tourist populated city of Venice. Ivan and Manuel were extremely helpful as our concierges providing a personable and human touch to our questions and steering us towards the right choices of attractions to suit our needs. We also enjoyed a free cocktail at the alchemia bar within the courtyard where we were greeted with exceptional service. Finally the hotel offered an included a private boat trip to Murano to see the glassblowing. We didn’t have time to try the spa but I’m sure it is great. A truly memorable experience. We won’t hesitate to stay here again the next time Venice call to us.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Not too crowded and public ferry is right next to it. I would gladly stay there again.
