(1,000 reviews) The location was great. It’s in the center of Venice. We took ferry. Is the second stop at the airport it’s about 10 minutes walk. There’s a lot of stairs to go up and down to get to the hotel so just be careful with that. If you are unable to do stairs, don’t go to Venice. Back to the hotel there’s a tall stairs to go into the reception. There is a wheelchair but there isn’t an elevator. The bathrooms smell a little bit, but I’m not sure if that’s because it’s Venice, but it was clean. Also the AC wasn’t working because the receptionist said the town obligates them to shut the AC off at certain month. I went on November month so there was no AC, but she gave us a fan.
