8.8/10 Excellent! (512 reviews)
Firstly the hotel is very close to Sofia station.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Our room was really fantastic, great bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet.
However the real standout at this hotel is the staff, I would give them 10 stars if I could! We have been travelling Europe for 3 months and stayed in a lot of hotels, the Terminus Hotel in Sofia was the best so far! On the last day we met the general manager of the hotel who handed us a pre-packaged breakfast bag due to our early checkout, he and all the other staff we met were fantastic!

8.6/10 Excellent! (272 reviews)
The location was very convinient having in mind that we were hosting a business event at NDK. The staff were very helpful, but there are a few things that could be improved.
When we arrived, we realised that there was no driveway or designated area to stop and unload the car. We had to stop on the one-way, single-lane street to unload, which was highly inconvenient. Parking is quite expensive.
There was only one towel in the bathroom. We had to request more, but it was inconvenient to get into the shower and realise there were no towels.
I needed an ironing board and an iron, so I had to call and request them. The ironing board that the staff brought was so old with wrinkled padding that it left permanent marks on my expensive suit.
We paid for breakfast, which was good and convenient.
