I loved my stay at the Henriette Stadthotel! The hotel is well located in Vienna's 2nd district and on the U-Bahn U1 line which makes getting there and around the city easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms clean, comfortable and stylish and the breakfast offering great.

The lobby and dining area is very attractive, with lots of natural light. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Everything that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The room was not exactly charming, and there was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable enough, and I was never disturbed by noise.

For us this accommodation was in a perfect location, close to the canal, U4 and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Stephansplatz. The room was bright, warm and clean with plenty of storage. Buffet breakfast was good and we were offered fried or scrambled eggs to go with sausages/bacon etc There was smoked salmon, ham cheese, bread, pastries, juice fresh fruit to go with coffee/tea. I would thoroughly recommend. Excellent value.

great staff and location was central. Easy to walk to popular tourist sites. The breakfast was good and convenient. The only negatives were that there was construction noise before 8 AM one morning (not the hotels fault) and one night there was no hot water for a shower(resolved in the morning).
