Booked just one night to catch a concert across the street at the Fillmore. This is a really nice find. Family run, nothing fancy, but clean, safe, and comfortable. Parking was no problem and there are quite a few restaurants within a couple of blocks. Really could not do better at this price point- I'll stay there again.

The area was somewhat sketchy and dirty. The room had a strong odor that made it difficult for me to fall asleep, and there was a lot of noise.
