Booked just one night to catch a concert across the street at the Fillmore. This is a really nice find. Family run, nothing fancy, but clean, safe, and comfortable. Parking was no problem and there are quite a few restaurants within a couple of blocks. Really could not do better at this price point- I'll stay there again.

Over all great place to stay, neighborhood a bit scary, homeless people around, this area of town has had a bad reputation, but again the hotel was real nice. I would stay there again.👍

"The room was very nice but the bathroom barely had room for my walker and there was only one safety bar in the shower and it was too low to be of any use. The room was very quiet and on ground level and very close to several restaurants. We would definitely stay there again."
