I stayed for 4 nights with my mum and my brother, in May 2026, room was very clean and big enough for three of us. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a lots of varieties and new menu each day.
Air-conditioning is “BIG NO “for us, set up in 25 & 26 Degrees and cannot reset for any lower, very disappointed. I have previously visits a few times to Bangkok, never had an experience with Air Conditioning issue, I’ve been complained to them about three or four times to this issue and they told me some “ice frozen issue” in their machine and will be good in an hour but never solved the problem.
Over all for my experience I will not go back to this hotel, ONLY because an air conditioning problem.

I have come here for years. Now they charge for the gym, and I really like the gym. But I'm not going to pay extra. I probably won't be back again. I was very disappointed this trip.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful! Our rooms were unexpectedly upgraded and beautiful, and the view was incredible.
We needed a quick turn-around on laundry service and with limited time the hotel’s laundry service wasn’t an option. The concierge helped arrange an outside service that was able to meet our timeline.
The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel is connected to the MBK Mall which is shoppers paradise.
